IYENGAR YOGA ASANA
Iyengar Yoga classes provide a foundational approach to alignment.
In my classes you will learn how to move your arms, legs, hips, shoulders and knees correctly. When you practice regularly and immerse yourself with the energy of yoga, your body and mind begins to cleanse, to relax, to calm and to experience asanas as a from of meditation in action.
For this class you will need a sticky mat, two blocks, two straps, three yoga blankets and a yoga chair.
